Please see below for office policy regarding co-pays, late or no show visits. In the event that we are not part of your insurance network, we do offer a Cash Pay Option. Patients are responsible for fees not covered by their insurer. Please contact your insurance carrier to fully understand your benefits coverage. An invoice/superbill may be provided to individuals who wish to access out of network benefits, for reimbursement.
