- Review mood, anxiety level, thought process, content, perception, and cognition
- Review safety and trauma history
- Review individualized goals and objectives
- Discuss treatment planning and indications

Medication Treatment & Management

- Discuss treatment planning and indications
- Alter treatment planning as needed
